WHAT GROUP SIZE DO YOU WORK WITH?
As small as 1 (individuals) and to a maximum of 12. Have a larger group? Give us a shout and we will find a solution.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH HORSES?
Not at all! We help you understand how the horse will communicate with you and what the horse needs from you.
WHAT IF I'M SCARED ?
Perfect! Our team will help you overcome your fears and get you on track to conquer even more. It has been said that just spending a few moments with the horses alleviates the fear. Plus, we give you all that you need to know about safety around horses and how they will communicate with you. Fear is often a result of misunderstanding!
WHAT IF IT IS RAINING SNOWING OR COLD OUT?
Although we are Canadian and tough as nails..learning isn't fun when we are uncomfortable. So, we have an indoor arena to keep you comfy and cozy!
DO WE RIDE THE HORSES?
All of our activities are side by side with your horse partner. This allows the horse to respond in a true and authentic way without the control factor when he has a rider on his back.
DO I NEED CERTAIN CLOTHING?
Absolutely! Comfortable and safe. That's all we require. Covering your tender tootsies is a must! Plus dressing for the weather..meaning..if it's cold bring a coat and gloves. Even though we are inside, the arena is not heated ( do I ever wish it was some days).

ARE YOU CERTIFIED?
Yes! Monique Gerber at Leading Edge Equine Academy was certified through the first nationally recognized, Certified Equine-Assisted Learning Course at Cartier Farms EAL.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we carry extensive insurance for ourselves and those who attend our course.
