Dancing with horses is a one on one experience with a horse or horses as your guide.
To live authentically, to know what your heart desires, to live a life of passion, you must first uncover the hidden thoughts, feelings and beliefs about yourself that are holding you back. Once uncovered, your self-confidence, self-awareness and understanding will come alive and the path to your true self will be opened up. Because of their innate sensitivity, horses know what you know and also know what you don't know...The horse will guide you to discover what drives you from the inside and teach you to be authentic and true to yourself. What you will expect in a session....
Each session is unique to itself and follows a path of its own. All are equally powerful. By allowing the horses to work their magic, you will come to discover your own ability to grow and to unbridle your own personal power! 1 session @ $65.00 (adult) 60 mins 6 sessions @ $380.00 1 session @ $120.00 (adult) 2 hours 1 session @ $45.00 (youth 10-13) 45 mins 6 sessions @ $260.00 "I had a private horse healing yesterday, working through protection issues. I have never learned so much and felt so protected. It amazed me how the horse just knows everything and knows the energy you are putting out and what you need. You don't need to be a horse person to learn from them. Feeling grateful." Jackie Thomas There is Magic in a Horse Hug: My Experience at LEEA The big grey mare Percheron Metta chose to work with me that day by tapping me on the shoulder. Yes it was that simple and that obvious. Monique had just instructed me to walk down each of the stalls and say “Hi” to each horse and one would pick me. I was slightly skeptical of course, but that is exactly what happened and a bit honoured to be chosen. I went into the arena with an open mind, and as much as I know horses I will admit it is a very vulnerable place to stand with a unbridled horse (that you don’t know very well) in a relatively small enclosure. Into that awkwardness Monique made a few gentle suggestions. “Try just walking around a bit”, “Perhaps you could brush her” It wasn’t long before a silent yet tangible link between Metta and I became apparent. She was mirroring my inner world! In a very organic, easy way this evolved very quickly to opening one of the key issues of my life – the need to belong and yet feeling on the outside. Like a skilled therapist Metta kept me honest in my reflections, and Monique’s insights kept the process moving. When I was stuck Metta walked in front me. (Monique called it “a very large white wall” - lol) When I relaxed she began to do chewing movements. The most precious moment happened as I untangled the knot in my heart and Metta put her head over my shoulder and pressed her chest into me. It was a hug unlike any other I have ever experienced; unconditional, endless, life to life, heart to heart. She offered me her complete acceptance that day and that memory soothes me over and over again whenever I feel separate or lonely. Amanda Ingall |
